‘Horn Not Ok Please’ Initiative

Wouldn't it be amazing if we were to take out just one day in a month from our routine life and use it for the betterment of our city or country. And imagine, what if a billion people were to take out time for their cities once in a month! I am sure if not all, a lot of basics which with we are struggling today would be taken care of. That's the potential of our country.
It was with this vision that we started the One Day For My City (ODFMC) initiative where we have been taking out time for the last few years to contribute in our own small way by undertaking Swatchta initiatives, civic sense & traffic control sensitisation, cleaning of public transport buses, encouraging people exercise their franchise... Today we 50 Entrepreneurs would be cycling a distance of 85 km from Pune to Ralegaon Siddhi to launch one more initiative -'Horn Not Ok Please'. And this initiate would be launched by the hands of social crusader Padmabhushan Shri Annasaheb Hazare who is known for having transformed a rogue town into a role model town and it also happens to be his birthday today. Its one more humble effort under ODFMC of making a difference to ourhorn freak city. I request you to ensure that you too honk less while driving and take up similar initiatives in your respective towns and cities. Would love to hear your stories of making a difference in any way to our motherland. Remember, we can either complain and be a part of a problem or we can act and be a part of a solution.
